Little Caesars Pizza - Poplar Bluff

We waited for our online order for over an hour. All we ordered was a pizza and bread sticks. They had stacked bread sticks, and they sold many paprika pizzas right in front of us. When we asked them, they said it wasn't our order. They could not take care of the fulfillment of our order. People worked with barley. Didn't want to cut the pizza, didn't want to box it. Certainly, she didn't want to hand us over. New orders super slow. They literally don't remain silent. Never with this location. If I could give less than one star, I would. Absolutely ridiculous service.

Hardly any toppings and prices continue to rise. This was our up to 2-3 nights a week, but the price and quality changed so we stopped order.

We'll never be back! Waiting was ridiculous and then lying directly in my face as I left. I understand being busy, but lying about why I am and cannot say that it is not disrespectful. Your customers deserve better!

I command a lot and I never had a problem before I call an order. Today I tried to call in one order and nobody answered the phones. I let it ring until Verizon keeps the call back five times.

I ordered cheesey bread sticks and got regular ones. Also I ordered and paid for 4 garlic butter sauces and didn't get any.
