Terrible customer service. When I arrived to pick up my pizza in the pickup period, the girl said on the front, it would be 5 minutes more. So I waited 10, then I came back and another girl told me 10 minutes more. So I waited another 10 and approached again when I said it was another 5 minutes! Apparently there were some problems with the card printing that caused the delay. But not even someone apologised for the delay, apologised for the inconvenience, or even a free soda or even a water while waiting for the whole time I stood there. I worked for years as a barista and management for Starbucks. I currently work in the food industry and know how many competitors are out there. We wanted to try this place because we have great experiences with Baldwin Park Pizza co and La Verne Pizza co, but that was definitely not the same experience.

The girl with the red hair on my first time here looked like she didn't have it and or maybe she just disturbed the face to work there. decided to give him another attempt, and this time her attitude was much more friendly. Customer service e is extremely important and I think you just have to go on a day if it is not launable. Lol different from that. The other people are okay. I don't have any complaints, it's delicious and fresh. Definitely a third time back.

Order my pizza on the phone. Wait 20mins to get it, the time I said it would take to do. When I was there, it was super busy. But ordered in advance so that it should not be a big deal. I just went to the register to say I had to wait online to get my pizza. So I waited 30 minutes while my pizza was sitting at the counter and was cold to pick it up. Never again.

It was a family sport's place. I went to watch Monday night football game with my date. Alot of kids running around...pizza was ok service was good. Of I go back it'll be with kids.
