I attempted to visit the restaurant at 2 PM today. There were two people clearing tables, but we waited for a long time without anyone approaching us. Eventually, we decided to leave in disappointment. This marks the second time I’ve had this experience.

I want to express my disappointment with the service I received. Our waitress was not pleasant at all, and it's clear that the management should hire staff who are friendly and respectful to customers. You position yourselves as a great dining destination, but our experience was marred by the poor attitude of the waitress. It's crucial to improve the quality of your staff!

I've had great service during the few times we've visited. The Huckleberry wings are what keep me coming back, but unfortunately, they aren't available anymore due to supply chain issues. However, the rest of the food is truly wonderful. I love MacKenzie River, and this is my favorite spot!
