Stratospheric panzerotti, classic tomato and mozzarella flavor but masterfully made, crispy on the outside and not at all greasy. I absolutely recommend it for anyone who is in Polignano and wants to try a real Apulian panzerotto (I'm Apulian so I know what I'm talking about). No less important was the service of the girls at the counter who were very friendly and the price was really cheap, 3 euros per panzerotto.
