Oh my goodness, the deals are amazing! Prices range from $5 to about $99, and they will be available until Christmas 2014. They carry great brands and receive new stock each week. The owner is wonderful. You should definitely check it out!

We made a reservation for four people on a Saturday night and were looking forward to a more relaxed dining experience compared to the fine dining options in the Hunter region. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere perfect for a cold Winter night. The two bar staff were friendly and helpful. Our meals were all delicious and beautifully presented. However, as a vegetarian, the only main dish option was a rice salad that I found unappealing. I had been hoping for a bean taco, burrito, or nachos dish. The staff mentioned that they could have prepared something else if I had specified my dietary preference, but I usually prefer not to make a fuss and just choose from the menu. It was a disappointment that the alternative option was not listed on the menu. The concept of serving guacamole as a DIY kit with all the ingredients to mash up was unique and enjoyable. The manager made a slightly inappropriate comment about his food, which was unnecessary. The live music added to the vibrant atmosphere, making it a great spot for a more casual dining experience geared towards a younger crowd.

Me and my two girlfriends were stuck to find a place for dinner on a Saturday night finding that most places had booked out. We came across pop up and they made us a reservation without any hassle. The owner was lovely and very welcoming. The food and cocktails were absolutely amazing and decently priced as well. Such a cute restaurant, great good,great staff, live singer/guitarist/trumpet player. you even get to make you're own guacamole !!!!!!! Does it get any better than that. Loved everything about this place and would definitely come back ! Love love love

This is the best restaurant in Pokolbin! We had trouble finding a place to have dinner on a Saturday night, but luckily we found Pop Up. The owner went above and beyond to accommodate us at our preferred time and made our dining experience truly enjoyable. The food was incredible, especially the beef sliders which were the best we've ever had. The service was also exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Enjoyed a delicious dinner with friends here on a quite winter night. A simple set up, which I'd liked to try on a sunny day overlooking the Vineyard.The menu was small and simple but the food was fresh and delicious.The idea is to share all plates..which we did and we loved the corn(yum), the soft fish taco's and making our own Guacamole. The Margarita's were authentic and there were Apple & Jalapeno ones too!It was a very inexpensive meal..and one of the highlights was the super friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to accommodate our needs.Fun, relaxed and devine food...a great little gem in a beautiful part of NSW!
