Tha Wangtong - Plong

I am only reviewing about the rooms. (3 women 1 young child) When we arrived, 4,5 dogs went out and barked at us. They were wiggling their tails but they were barking too, I also heard growling, especially one which was really trying to come close and growling at the child. When we first saw the rooms during the day, it was seemingly neat. We decided to okay the rooms, rest a bit then we went out. The bed was hard like a rock literally. There were no shampoo/bath soap inside. The refrigerator was smelly. My room has a broken (glass panel) window. Staff was not friendly and lazy, she was not willing to go back in to the office to give us change for the room charge and refused to give us the room keys because according to her, “nobody would come to steal your things if you do not leave your valuables here.“ When we insisted, she said she can do that after we went out and back, since someone was staying behind we decided it’s okay to get the keys later. After it has gone dark, we realized how remote the area really was. The road and surrounding area was quiet and dark and of course the dogs had to come out and bark when they heard any incomings. When asked about the keys again, she said again that somebody would come to steal, just do not leave valuables. We insisted again and she finally said we need to pay deposit if we wanted the keys. At the end, we went somewhere else. The only reason that I would even give them any stars was that we talked with the keeper/manager and she agreed to refund our money.
