Round Table Pizza - Pleasanton

The cashier at this restaurant was extremely rude. The man in his late 20s behind the counter was very arrogant and made me feel like I was unwelcome. He was just staring at his phone with earphones in his ears as I walked in. The pizza toppings were skimpy and did not look like the picture. The prices were not worth the poor service and quality of food. I would recommend avoiding this place.

I had a negative experience with the front counter when I visited this restaurant. I suggest bringing your phone to capture a photo of three employees at the register avoiding eye contact. Additionally, my pizza had very little sauce, which was unusual for me. I hope that in the future, the customer service at Round Table will be more friendly and attentive. I appreciate that the manager cares about the reputation of the restaurant, but unfortunately, I do not plan on returning due to the distance.

I placed an order for takeout, but unfortunately, it was not ready until 25 minutes after the designated pickup time. The pizza was tasty, but it did not stand out from any other Round Table Pizza I have had before.

Friendly staff and facilities are real new and clean. You can even watch TV while waiting. Service was fast and friendly. Also I've ordered online for pickup several times. The service is pretty fast.

Worst customer service at that very experienced. Employee behind the counter rush to me as I tried to use the bathroom slang me I couldn't use it because I hadn't purchased any thing yet. When I came out of the restroom I could hear the guy behind thecounter harassing my girlfriend. They were out of the beer that I wanted so I asked the gentleman behind the counter if I couldconsult my girlfriend about what I wanted and the owner began to tell me that I need to order or leave now! They ended upcalling the cops on me for not leaving as fast as they wanted me to even though I was about to buy something. Don't ever trythis place the guys are very dirty behind the counter and the customer service there is atrocious.
