I just went to McDonald's and I ask for ice cream and then they said they don't have ice cream but they have shakes ice cream is in shakes and this girl kept McDonald's food not even food though for 25 years and if food doesn't mold it I'd not food. And it did not mold after 25 years don't go at all
Genuinely the worst drive thru experience i have ever had. They didn 't say hello. They didn 't tell me the total. I had to ask how much it was. When they handed me the food 2 large fries 2 burgers and spicy nuggets? And then slammed the window before i could say anything.
I order mobile here all the time, they just never fully fill the large fry. every single time.
I ordered a frappe and a smoothie with my food, on the ap. The lady at the first window gave me my receipt. The man at the second window said the machine to make the frappe and smoothie was broken. He asked if I wanted a soda instead. I said no. He handed me the food and shut the window. I waited because I wanted to talk to him to make sure I wouldn’t get charged for those. He finally opened the window back and rudely told me I needed to move. It was not busy. I said I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t charged for them since I didn’t get them. He’s like uh yeah they won’t. My credit card says differently, I was still charged. I didn’t have time to run inside and talk to them. I understand not knowing the machine was broken when I ordered on the ap, but that should have been communicated to the person handing me the receipt. Terrible customer service
