Einstein Bros. Bagels - Plantation

This location was quite disappointing. The coffee tasted overwhelmingly like creamer and had the appearance of milk. When I asked for eggs, I was told they had run out, which is surprising considering it's a key item on the menu—this was just 35 minutes before closing. It felt like a lack of effort on their part. They hardly provided any spread, and the service felt rushed, as if they were eager to leave. They didn’t even bother to cut my meal in half. If they aren’t willing to put in the work, they shouldn’t be in business.

Love this place. The employees are always friendly and the bagels so fresh. My go to breakfast. Thank you ladiez

I'm extremely disappointed. I placed my order via the app while on my way to the location. Once we arrived, we waited over 40 minutes to get our small order. The place was PACKED (standing room only) with frustrated people waiting on their order. Therewere only TWO people working (so I don't COMPLETELY blame them). After people who had walk-in orders after our app order wereleaving with their food before us, we asked about our order. First they said they saw it and gave us the frozen drinks. 15minutes later, we asked again about our FOOD. They said they didn't see our order.....we reminded them that they saw it earlierand knew which drinks to give us. A few minutes later (now about 40 min7after we'd arrived) they realized our food had beensitting on the counter the entire time ???????????. It had not been placed on the TO-GO rack like it should have. Theydefinitely need more people working at this location. There were well over 25 people (sitting, standing waiting for orders,andwaiting in line to place orders) in the restaurant being service by 2 workers. I doubt that we'll be returning.

The food is fantastic! However, they should invest more time in cleaning. The outdoor tables and chairs are worn and need attention. The seating area could use a thorough cleaning as well, and the windows are dirty, especially since you're seated right next to them. Taking food to go might be the best choice.

I had the farmer's breakfast bagel on an everything bagel, and it was very delicious. I would definitely order it again, although I’d like to try it on their hash brown bagel next time.
