Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Plano

I ordered a pomegranate smoothie and specifically requested more fruit than ice because I wanted a flavorful drink, not a watered-down smoothie. Unfortunately, that's exactly what I received. This has happened more than once when my partner and I have ordered smoothies from this place - they don't taste like much at all. Additionally, when I asked the staff what was added to my smoothie, they were unable to give me a clear answer and seemed annoyed by my question. I will not be returning as it is not worth it.

This restaurant is amazing. I can't emphasize that enough. Ignore the negative reviews because they don't know what they're talking about. Everyone makes mistakes and has bad days, but that's no excuse to ruin someone else's day with your complaints. When I walked in, I was greeted warmly and all my questions were answered. This was my first time dining here. I ordered the baja chicken wrap and the kiwi quencher with all the add-ons except whey protein. It was the best tropical smoothie I've ever had. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning as long as they maintain their high quality of food, smoothies, and service. The food and smoothie I had were delicious. I highly recommend this place.

I absolutely love the vibe here. Jesse is amazing - he greeted me with a smile at the door and was incredibly helpful with my order. I ordered online and my smoothie was ready quickly and tasted fantastic. I will definitely go out of my way to come back to this restaurant. Thank you, Jesse, for making my day brighter.

It was my first visit and i was surprised at the quantity as well as the quantity of my smoothies. The taste was super and the quesadills were delicious. I ordered 3 smoothies , the watermelon one, the berry and mango one and a strawberry banana. 2 quesadillas. Excellent

They are friendly, I got the sunrise sunset smoothie. It has strawberry, pineapple, mango and orange juice. It taste alright. Reasonable prices. Very modern seating.
