Quick and delicious!! Ordered at the kiosks up front. I had the chicken tempura combo, which came with chicken, some lettuce, miso soup, and rice. The chicken was delicious and crispy! Very generous portion size as well.I also ordered the dashi negi oroshi takoyaki, which was just okay. It came with soup, which made the takoyakis soggy at the bottom. Not the biggest fan because of the texture.

I never had a problem with Totto Yama’s services or food until today when they didn’t nudge to help me contact my delivery driver that lost my order completely. Tipped and spent like $14 in total and got nothing. Calling to the store didn’t help either. I basically got scammed by HungryPanda that I placed the order on. Couldn’t get a refund either. Was looking really forward to the food as usual… really disappointed.

Update: We were able to rectify the issue, and they even fulfilled the order. Great people, good food.Placed my order online. When I arrived at 5pm, they were closed. Their webpage as well as Google states that they are open from 11am-7pm. Now I am food-less and short $30. I don’t have money to just give away because your hours are incorrect. This is unacceptable and I need my refund.
