Red Lobster - Plano

That's the worst RL I've ever had. Start with long waiting instead of Hostess said 25 min it took them 40 minutes because system errors that are understandable. Then it went worse; we have 4 people, but somehow the waitress brought only 3 sets of all plates, utensils, etc.), fortunately she remembered bringing 4 drinks. Thanks to another young lady who's finally bringing me a plate and utensils. When our waitress brought dishes, she just fell on the table, like we shouldn't be there, not even if she asks, is everything okay? Or do you need a refill for the drink? In addition, our dirty plates were stacked so high and it often goes without taking them away. Yes, maybe this old folk party, from which she can get better tips, so she would rather spend time talking there instead of nurturing her area. That's why 1 star was given. When we're done with the payment and the demand for the receipt, she won't even look at us, and that's why she doesn't get any tips. Make it from other tables since she spent more time there. The manager was good, she fixed the problems within 3 minutes, but the waitress was terrible.

Always good food in Red Lobster, but they must have been handled a little bit short this night because it took a while to a table, but then again it was Friday night, so don't knock it for it. Starting with waiting at the bar on our table, there were 2 drinks, both my husband and I were really good. Then place was taken quite timely. Food was really good, but the lobster tails we think were just overcooked a tade because they were a little chewing, had to cut with a knife, but the TASTE WAS GREAT! Going a vanilla bean cheesecake, also very good. Pretty good overall experience, would recommend.

The black salmon was delicious. Everything else was fine... even the cookies weren't as great as I remember them. The service was good for them to score up to 4 stars.

I love this place , servers are friendly , food comes out quick !!!! Monday all you can eat shrimp is a great deal !!!! I am in love with the pina colada with different fruit toppings !!!!!
