Food always below par. Ordered a few times in the past couple weeks and the sprite always tastes like sink water, no flavor and hardly any bubbles. The fries are either not cooked all the way (still hard) or extra extra crispy and brown. The McChickens are usually cold or burnt. 8/10 times they forget the sauce for the nuggets. 90% of the time I get parked even with only 1 or 2 other cars there.
I ordered a mcchicken plain with cheese only… it took them 3 times to get it correct. First they hand me one made standard then a plain. Finally the third one was correct, it’s really not that hard, I worked in food service for 10 years. The food itself was poor, it all tasted old, the fries were also old soggy. Won’t return, manager didn’t care either.
Employee at the counter was very rude, he had the audacity to say he was busy and he wouldn't take my order and proceeded to say someone someone else will take my order. Food was okay, but could of been better.
Stay away from this restaurant. The app will drop and charge you card twice. I have written to McDonald’s and they refuse to credit for an error on their app. The restaurant has no clue how to refund money when I asked McDonalds location the day I was double charged. This is what Mc Donald’s corporate instructed me to do. A Million dollar corporation refusing to credit $7.17 because of an app error is a bad look.
