Sobol Plainview

Always greeted upon entrance and the best acai bowls there are. My go to to never an issue when I'm there.

How have I NEVER been to SoBol before?! I was inspired to go get a bowl by a friend that has posted about her snack so I literally hopped in my car and zipped over to the Plainview location. What a gorgeous place! It was so clean and spacious! I was planning to carry out but I absolutely plan to come back to sit eat. The young girl behind the counter was SO kind and helpful. I got the kids size spirulina bowl and oh my gosh WOW. It was SO flavorful. The fruit was really delicious there was no fishy flavor that spirulina sometimes has! One bummer was that I asked for chocolate chips to be added she forgot to add them but it was still a 10/10 so it didn't impact my enjoyment or eating!

SoBol in Plainview is the only one I wanna go to, there's a location 5 mins from me and I drive 20 to this one! The staff is always quick to greet you upon arrival and my açaí bowl is always made with care, and actually tastes fresher than other locations I've been to! The general manager Megan always goes above and beyond to make sure I, and other customers, have a pleasant experience! Highly recommend the Plainview location for your SoBol experience

My daughter ordered a coconut bowl.. it 's the only item on the menu that is safe for her with her allergies. She ordered it and double checked with the girl that there was no hazelnut in the bowl specifically Nutella. She got in the car took one bite and her lips instantly blew up and her mouth and throat started to itch. We used her epi pen right away. I called the store and the second I said hi I just ordered a coconut bowl the girl cut me off and said I am so sorry I didn 't make the bowl the right way! So she new she made a huge mistake and let her leave with it anyway. The corporate office was extremely helpful and jumped right into action and contacted Management for that store. The mangers were apologetic and assured me that they would talk to the employees about the situation that could have turned out much worse is someone was anaphylactic. As an apology and for our inconvenience we received a $20.00 gift card in the mail. You could have literally killed somebody but here is $20. That literally is enough for a bowl. I was not looking for anything from them just to make them aware of the carelessness of an employee, but a $20 gift card ...

My bowl took about 30 minutes to be worked on when store was completely empty. The girl was working on my bowl and then a family walks in and serves them first. There was also a guy worker not doing anything just on his phone. And my bowl had such a little amount of acai it's ridiculous. And I payed 12 for this bs. I do not reccomend plainview sobol
