Eros Gyros - Plainfield

Simply THE best gyros anywhere! I am so impressed. I love the spicy chicken gyro! I first ordered it on Monday. It was so fantastic I ordered 2 more on Wednesday and I am sitting here today, Thursday, thinking about ordering it again! I may be addicted.

Ordered the potatoes and they came completely burned. Not sure how they thought that was ok to serve. Asked for a plain Lamb gyro got it completely loaded. On the upside the meat was good. Got a chicken gyro and there was no flavor except the cucumber sauce.

Placed a to go order for two Greek village salads no onion or olives with chicken breast. Salad had both onion and olives and the chicken wasn?t seasoned at all. This was absolutely lacking in any flavor and tried to pick out the onions and olives but in the end could not be eaten. Would not recommend this at all.

Ordered a spicy chicken gyro and fries via Doordash and it just wasn't good. The gyro looked like everything was just thrown together in a rush. No veggies and the chicken was just drowned in a sauce that was not spicy. Also, no tzaziki??? Who serves a gyro with no tzaziki? The fries were ok. Wouldn't ever order again and certainly not going in person

Not actually a mediterranean restaurant. ordered via ubereats and it?s actually a ?pop-up? at a mexican restaurant. food was slapped together and mediocre at best. i?m sure they make good mexican food but mediterranean is not their forte.
