Walters Southern Kitchen - Pittsburgh

Our server was superb. She was patient, accommodating, and able to provide us with information about seating and menu choices that made our visit more comfortable and enjoyable.

I found this place looking for a “treat” dinner to take our daughter to during Pitt’s family weekend and what a find! Walter’s will be on our list every time we come to Pitt. The waitresses and servers were so attentive and kind and the food have mercy! Ribs literally fell off the bone, all the sides were great, brisket juicy and tender. If you have a doubt, go try for yourself! A slice of southern fare in Pittsburgh.

Fun place for group party. Spatious patio with large tables.

We arrived for our 9:30PM reservation, only to be rudely told the restaurant doesn’t have reservations after 9:00PM. We had to leave and go elsewhere.

Awesome outdoors sections to have a birthday celebration with friends! Great good and atmosphere.
