Taco Bell - Pittsburgh

Never been to Taco Bell before, but the food was pretty good. Crunch wrap supreme and Doritos locos tacos were worth checking out. If you get the food to go, a quick spin in the microwave makes it much better. Also their food doesn't use peanuts which is good if you have an allergy.

Overworked, understaffed, and they still smile and are gracious towards customers. I've been twice over the last couple of weeks and both times, the employees who were there (at one point, just 2 of them!!! made sure customers knew what was going on service-wise. My orders were well made, including the substitutions (and this was close to closing both times . I am happy to support them given how awesome they've been during extremely stressful times. The one manager (I don't know her name, but I believe she tends to be on nights is to be commended for running an extremely attentive ship, as are the rest of the crew who have always been nice and on the ball. Kudos to everyone!!!

Friday April 1st 2022; Female night manager runs the place well. Foods good too.

I'm not sure what it is whith this location, but everytime the foods extremely terrible. Atleast it's consistent. Unfortunately, it's just consistently Terrible.

No one goes to any Taco Bell for high quality; so expectations are already pretty low for any location. The food was not great. I did a soft taco with my meal instead of the hard and it was slimy and wilted lettuce- I didn’t even finish it. I drove it from the store to my home which is close by. The quesadilla was also suspect- inside was chunkier and less melty than normal. The only tho by worse than the food was the staff’s attitude. I interacted with one person and not even a hello just what do you want? The girl basically mumbled the whole time it was hard to understand them. It sounds stuck up but just handed the food through the window and shut it- zero thank you or like even effort to be fake nice. I felt like I should have apologized to them for interrupting the staff with my order. If that’s how the staff is handling human interaction how are they handling food…..? I avoid this store and was reminded why. There never seems to be a line which is telling. Additionally their credit card reader never works during their later hours.
