Giovanni's Pizza Pasta - Pittsburgh

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! PLEASE READ!!! This IS THE Giovanni?s in town on 6th st. Placed an order for pickup. Pizza ok Raviloli mediocre Italian hoagie SEE PICTURES! The meat was rancid, it SMELLED! Made my daughter gag; was NOTedible! Called and asked for a manager, was placed on hold. Someone else picked up, on hold again. This happened 2 more timesbefore a manager picked up. Told them about the hoagie and asked them to refund me for the hoagie. Manager said, ?sure, if youbring it back?. WHAT?! So we did. I took the hoagie down and told them to smell the meat, look at it! I demanded a full refunddue to the inappropriate handling of this situation. The manager had no empathy and did not care at all. I WILL be calling andvisiting tomorrow! I will also be calling the health department due to how rancid this meat looked, smelled, and tasted!

Great pizza and cheese cake, really good experience after the Steelers game. The restaurant was. totally packed but we got our pizza and meal in less than 20 minutes, which was great. Overall, great experience not the best pizza ever, but a really goodpie for the price and location.

My last night here in pittsburgh I decided to try their pizza. I put my order for pickup. my wife and I are passing to pick up our order, and as my wife goes into her, she notices a mouse running in the restaurant to the back. she leaves immediately without order. to get orders, I'll go in. the girl in the register told me that I never commanded one. I saw very irritated and uncertain what she did. After a few minutes my order was found. absolutely no apologies to wait for my order. the pizza was burned and very dry. not close to being edible. at this point we were back to our room. my wife called to talk to manager who was very rude. I told us it doesn't do anything she can do and hanged up. when she was called again, she was constantly put in the grip. fear to eat there even with animals. very careless. unhappy and angry we ended up with a pizza that was not edible. a replacement pizza/refund, which may have been delivered/kept, has not even been offered. terrible customer service I've ever experienced! we will not return to the future. no refund required. feel them on an exterminator that is very recommended.

I came here to get spaghetti for dinner the night before the Pittsburgh Half Marathon. The food came very fast and was quite affordable. They served it in a to-go container even though I asked to eat in the restaurant.

Food was NOT the best…It took 55 min to get my order. I ordered a gyro and the meat was chewy and not tasty at all! Then the “strawberry cheese cake” is more like a half melted ice cream with a weird texture… ah! With 3 Extremely small slices of strawberry. I couldn’t eat it.Be aware that they DONT take credit carts from other countries.
