Very good and particular burgers, excellent quality ingredients, seasonal and local. good service and location: very nice place a stone's throw from the center. I will definitely come back, recommended!

Served fantastic hamburgers, the fresh local ingredients of Toscana, and many local craft beers. I found it walking in the Pisa for trips, but I really want to visit here often when I get close...

H.A.T. is a great restaurant option in Pisa. This is mostly a burger-and-beer place, although certainly not typical (of burgers, or of Tuscan cuisine). Their burgers are very good; not juicy, American-style burgers, but rather ones with large brioche buns, and unusual toppings (white bean puree, broccoli, radicchio). No fries here...excellent roasted rosemary potatoes take the place very well. And they have a great beer selection (probably ~80 beers of varying styles all made in Tuscany), including IPA's, doppelbocks, lagers, and also a chestnut-flavored option. H.A.T. focuses on local food, local beer, without being precious about it, and the result is excellent. Very contemporary setting, informal, in an old building along the river, just a minute's walk from Ponte di Mezzo. Highly recommended!
