Store Design is great! Food was great, except onion rings were a little on the crispy side...

Great customer service! I asked to change my order to a medium, and the woman in the first window told me to let the guy know in the next window. So, I let the guy know and I apologized for any inconvenience, he gave me an extra drink and didn't change the order to medium for which we just paid more! He never left the window and just stood there and gave me the bag with the original order. I'll waste my money there again. To round it off, he stared at me like he hated my belly and I'm always nice!

I'm just visiting this store in the morning for an ice cream coffee and a breakfast item, but the morning shift is FANTASTIC. They are so sweet, fast, and the woman who usually works the second window always has my contingencies already in the pocket, and not to say that I have a big day! Morning shift!

Enjoy fast food workers get a simple item order wrong on several occasions? Enjoy waiting 10 minutes in a car thru that was empty when you arrived? Do you enjoy clearly proclaiming your order slowly only to have the mouth breath that activates the headset, repeat something completely different? Come to Pinson Burger King. Where the food is cold and the order is wrong.

This is an awesome store to visit. Each time I've visited the crew has been happy to serve me. The food is good and the store is clean and pleasant. Great place!
