Kfc - Pinole

Unfortunately the woman taking orders has a bad attitude, to which I’m seeing is a regular occurrence from comments on here and Yelp. Very displeasing and uncomfortable to be yelled at through the intercom after asking a simple question about our meal. I understand now that this is the price we have to pay for fast food

I will start with The service it was outstanding and chicken excellent. I had it to go. KFC remains my favorite.

Stood in line in the store waiting for 18 minutes all i wanted was a large mash and soda. No one approached me for 18 minutes. They’re soda fountain for customers is broken. And the lady gave me the wrong soda that i asked for.

Waited over an hour for a quick pick up order. Couldn't cancel on the app. Probably will avoid this location.

Just left there, I swear I'm eating 2 day old fries and hours old chicken nuggets. Even the biscuit was rock hard. It's been bad before but this is just ridiculous, complete waste of money!
