I came here 30 minute before and they are closed is that a good thing ?

Less staff huge wait for order because there is nobody to take order on the till there are only 5 people and it took almost 10 minutes to take order for each person i saw people leaving because nobody is there to attend them. Arrogant staff NOBODY will tell you its your order the lady who took my order didn't understand thrice what i am asking for it. i repeat my order 3 times(steep tea TT)and at the end she just put my order on shelf and left didn't call for order. Never going back in there

Went to get a cup of tea. For a tea drinker, you put the bag in first and then hot water on top, not after the fact.

Don't ever go there you will be paying for all the ingredients but they don't put it in . Worse thing is staff don't talk to each other no coordination they all behave in very inappropriate way. Other staff is busy talking while the customers are waiting in line.
