Mcdonald's - Pilot Knob

Great excellent service... they need a larger building to more customers and of course a few workers who know what they do... the worker John Ross is an excellent worker... he was very nice and a gentleman for me all the workers could take tips from him...

McDonald's as a whole; Company and family, work together as a team to serve customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. The employers are working hard, provide great customer service and always put the best interest of the customer first. They support their employees by giving them access to information they need to grow in their community! Besides excell personally and within the company!

Eating was good and waiting was minimal. Unfortunately, they still have the reduced menu because of Covid-19

We're on our way and picked up a snack here. You have good Wi-Fi here from the parking lot that was great because we don't have a phone service in this area and the checkout was super friendly and helpful. Our McDonald's app code didn't work and she helped us out. The ride thru line was wrapped around the building, but we didn't have to wait long.

They remember people by there orders and I have never had to go back because of a messed up order they have always got mine perfect
