Mr Gatti's Pizza - Pikeville

I took grandbsbies today waited on babies went to hot bar asked for crustless meat pizza they told me 8 minutes after 10 minutes they still didn't have my pizza ready said it was coming out of oven in a couple of minutes waited went back up still not ready after 20 minutes I was told they were getting ready to put it in oven another 8 minutes before I got it by that time the kids was ready to go to game room so I was very upset and very disappointed in the service today I take my grandkids down twice a month worse service ever today

There desserts are better than the actual pizza but had a lot of fun! Great games and fun

Great eating, fresh and very clean. the personal was super nice. in which little time we needed to get a beverage refill, about 5 minutes, we came back to a fully cleaned table. playroom was also very impressive. will definitely return.

Good value elder eat free on Monday 3 of us ate plus got $10 game card for $25

The cashier at the entrance was very nice and friendly. The salad bar was really good. The pizza is so so; of course as a buffet, most of it is too cold to eat, especially the tough chewy cold crust. And they decided to run the loudest vacuum cleaner in Kentucky for about 30 minutes which is good because it drowned out the screaming kid that sat down in the next booth. The instruction are to bus your own table into a tub that looks like it’s got all days garbage in it. And the manager seemed really offended that wanted a couple of beers.
