Cakes By Bakin’ Bishop - Pigeon Forge

We have been visiting the area almost every year for almost 20 years. I can't remember when we first stopped by the Bakin' Bishop for a cupcake, but we've been coming ever since at least once and usually twice for her delicious cupcakes. We liketrying different cake and frosting flavor combinations.

Wow! These cupcakes are amazing! I love that you can mix and match the icing and cake. I got a traditional red velvet and it tasted amazing. My hubby got a cinnamon roll, and it was incredible: a perfect balance between cinnamon and pastry. Thebaker/decorator was super friendly and patient. We also got two cake pops for the road and they are adorable!

Shannon is the absolute best!!! If you need a cake for the wedding she is your girl! She was beyond accommodating and her recommendations were perfect! We got half carrot cake and half red velvet and OMG was it GOOOOD! So many of my guests said howgood the cake was!! You can?t go wrong with Shannon! ????????????

There literally aren't enough kind words out there, to properly convey my satisfaction with Shannon Cakes by Bakin Bishop.. 1st off, I was in town for a VERY last minute wedding for my brother new sister in law! I arrived in TN from Florida a few days earlier than the rest, so I was put in charge of finding a decorative 2 tiered wedding cake. Yelp came to my rescue when I found this place! It was a Thursday afternoon crowded when I went in! I'm convinced people line up for the free smells, too, bc OMG! Delicious. Everything about the place is delicious I needed the cake done delivered to the restaurant post nuptials 3:30.. Boy did they deliver!! The Bride's face lit up when she realized the gorgeous 2 tiered cake w/ white roses a silver drip around the edges was for her! It was a great price I paid extra for delivery (WORTH IT! Never risk it if you can foot the bill for delivery..! Too many people drive like for me to risk destroying a cake after stopping short! Shannon was communicative, creative, helpful arrived w/ the cake delivery early, coordinating the presentation with the restaurant that helped us out SO much on the day. AND YES!!! IT WAS INSANELY DELICIOUS!

This place was great. Cupcake made to order, first time I've been to a place like this. Very friendly and a good cupcake.
