I ordered lunch to go, and it was fantastic. You really can't go wrong with Arby's roast beef sandwich!

Everything was enhanced, but since it’s Pigeon Forge, the atmosphere is just okay. There’s not much that can be done about that.

It took over 30 minutes for our food to arrive, and when it did, it was still incorrect.

My roast beef sandwich was good, but my wife’s turkey sandwich we got appeared to have not thawed properly and was really watery. The bacon looked questionable...

Our food was fresh and delicious. We did have to wait a few minutes but it was definitely worth the wait.

The food was served hot and fresh, the service was quick, and the staff were all cheerful and welcoming.

On a separate occasion, I had to go inside and wait for another manager regarding my order, which I assumed was delayed in the back. The cashier asked for help...
