Bojangles - Piedmont

Went to Bojangles today and WOW!!!!!! The food was so good!!!!!! It was pretty awful here lately, but today was back on what it was. The severity was so good and rich not brown water. Fryer must be well maintained, the food had not this fun fat taste on chicken or Cajun frits. My steak biscuits were very good. It was the first time in a while that I didn't have to tear off some edges because I was dried out. The sausage sword...less and thank you! It was nice and thick not funny lumps. I'm not sure how you made this engraving so creamy who did it.

You open at FIVE am and around 9:50 They say you have no sweet tea because it was not made before you close. It's been almost five hours since you? You were open and couldn't do anything??? This is the best part of the Bojangles

It took almost an hour to get my order. Didn't get a receipt, it was said they had no papers. Asked for strawberry and got grapes jelly. Notes that people go to drive-thru after ordering. I saw nothing but young guys working.. Will not be back!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would! This place is very unprofessional! And for weeks I have been going there in the mornings between 6am-7am and there are 2-3 cars in the parking lot just to be told at the drive thru that they are closed bc the workers didn?t come in or that they?re just getting there so I would have to come back once they get themselves situated. They need a new morning crew and better management ASAP!
