Fraser Shores Seafood - PIALBA

Ten bucks for awesome works burgers, can't go wrong. My go to for a burger. Haven't tried the seafood.

Driving back from Bundy, arrived in the bay at 1815. Couldn 't be bothered cooking, thought we would try Fraser Shores Seafood again. Last there about 8 months ago, maybe they had improved. Last time we had ordered Grilled cod. When we got it home it had only been steamed, nowhere near a grill. I ordered a Hamburger and 4 Potato scallops, my wife ordered Grilled snapper and a salad. Told there would be a 25 to 30 minute wait. Ok. 35 minutes went in looking for meal. It couldn 't be found. Went back in on 45 it was in the warmer. I took a look at the fish and asked if this is what they called grilled fish. 'Yes ' Three little burnt marks on it. Got the meal home. My wife tried the fish. It was watery, overcooked and not very fresh. She could taste the over fishy taste. My potato scallops were hot. The hamburger was disgusting, though I must admit the salad was fresh and the patty, though only warm was not over cooked. A plus for that. Bun was soggy and not toasted and just warm. Well we proved a point. Fraser Shores Seafood had not improved one iota. Will we try them again? NEVER

Went here a couple weeks ago for fish and chips, it was unfortunate to see most of the fish sold is imported from Thailand, although to the business’ credit, it is displayed so. Chips were nice and cooked, customer service was good and food was out quick. The fish we ordered was crumbed and came in a thick crust, fish tasted average and watery. Did not enjoy the fish. What a shame they do not provide more local fish.

Recently ordered minimum chips of all things, not too hard of an order. Caked up and made a phone order to make things easier, the male answering the phone laughed at amount I had requested, I asked him if he had a problem. No problem apparently. Well the joke is on you and your lack of cooking a basic food. Chips were soggy and some even still firm in the middle. Maybe learn to cook chips properly before you go laughing at your customers orders.

Great fresh Sea Food as well as take away cooked Sea Food. We have been buying our sea food here for years would not go anywhere else. A1 in our book
