The food, however, received mixed reviews. The brisket sandwich was a bit bland, but the brisket itself was nicely smoked. The breakfast potatoes were well-seasoned and crispy. The Belgian waffle was delicious, soft on the inside with a crispy crust. The chilaquiles were a bit soggy and could have used more spice. The chocolate banana muffin was warm, moist, and not overly sweet. The cold brew was skillfully made, while the hot cocoa could have been richer. Overall, some in my group felt the meal was not worth the price, but appreciated the ambiance of the venue. I would visit again and try the breakfast burrito. Note that eating and drinking outside is not allowed, but Morning Glory is a great spot for a picnic with open grass areas and picnic tables. Thank you, Morning Glory, we will be back!
I recently moved to Phoenix and was searching for a nearby spot to grab breakfast. When I came across this farm with a stand offering breakfast and lunch, I knew immediately that this was where I wanted to eat. And I must say, it did not disappoint! Every ingredient in our meals was sourced from the farm itself. My wife enjoyed a delicious Belgian waffle topped with fresh blueberries, real maple syrup, and farm-fresh whipped butter. I opted for the Farm Fresh Breakfast Burrito, which included eggs, sweet potatoes, beets, cheese, and a homemade tortilla. We will definitely be returning as the menu offers plenty of options, including a daily chef special. The wait to place your order can be a bit long, especially on weekends, as everything is made fresh to order. The farm is open daily, but only until 1:00pm, so be sure to arrive early. While you wait, you can explore the farm and see the various animals and produce. The outdoor dining area has plenty of tables shaded by trees and umbrellas. I highly recommend visiting this spot for a delicious meal. We spent $45, including beverages, and they also offer alcoholic drinks and cocktails. Enjoy!
The brisket sandwich was tasty. The outdoor seating area is charming and tranquil. The cafe operates on a counter service basis, but the service was quick. To reach Morning Glory, you must drive down the dirt road that cuts through the farm. There is parking available across the street from the farm, but it will require a longer walk compared to driving directly to the cafe.
This restaurant was exactly what we were looking for and hoping for. I would go every weekend if I lived closer.
