Kfc - Phoenix

This place is absolutely ridiculous! Every single time I?ve come THEY DON?T HAVE ANY CHICKEN! I?ve come in afternoon and evening and they always say they don?t have chicken! How are you a chicken company that doesn?t have any chicken ever? I?m extremely disappointed at this establishment and the service it has provided. I understand no company is perfect but please hire employees who actually do their jobs. You can?t be a chicken company and never have chicken when people come.

Did an online order. Not only did they not have items we ordered. They messed up chicken count. The mash potatoes were powdery. While I was in store... the floors in the back were disgusting. Water and food particals everywhere!! There was about 6 ppl working but yet I stood in line for like 30 min just to get my drinks for my order I made online. Then on top of all this... the female cashier had the worst attitude... the worst!! Good luck getting any sort of good food here. Seriously stay away from this store. ????

I love the food but the people there just never get it right. If they don't forget the biscuits, they forget a item. Last time I ordered a 16 pieces bucket and specified I wanted with white meat as well. I certainly was not going to open the bucket and removed the pieces to check it out, well, they served me only dark meat! I just wish that there were another KFC to not go to that one any more.

This restaurant is full of unorganized teenagers lacking time-management skills and work ethics. The schedule on their door said they were opening at noon, however, due to their inconsistency in time and their lack of consideration for their customers, they refused to communicate that they would be opening an hour late at 1pm. While customers sat in the parking lot and drive-thru, the workers entertained their friends inside of the restaurant? extremely dysfunctional. Won?t ever go to this location again.. total disgrace for the brand and the franchise.

If I could give this place a rating lower than one star, I would give it a negative five. I've visited this particular KFC several times, and each time, they have run out of chicken. How does a restaurant that has "chicken" in its name, and primarily sells it, run out? To make matters worse, the food they did serve us was old and practically expired. It was disconcerting to think about the time that had elapsed between when the food was prepared and when it was finally served to us. I felt that eating it was a risky endeavor. I was thoroughly dissatisfied, and I believe this establishment should be inspected by health authorities. They would be shocked at how poorly this place is managed. Clearly, they are not maintaining proper inventory or quality control. Save yourself the trouble and don’t go here.
