This time, I ordered an Asiago bagel with the Avo Toasted add-on, but only received slices of avocado without feta or tomato. The last time I ordered a chocolate chip bialy with cream cheese, there was no cream cheese on it. I decided to give them another try, but now I've had enough. I will not be going back again.
Yes, this restaurant offers great fresh food with excellent coffee. The staff is pleasant. Pictured is the Vegetarian Burrito with a side of bacon (don't judge). The relaxing atmosphere is enhanced by lounge chill electro music. I will definitely visit again when in the area.
Has to be the top 3 worst customer service experiences I?ve ever had. Both individuals that I encountered through the drive through (one at each window) were not friendly in the slightest. No greeting, no smiles, no friendliness. The gal at the secondwindow opened the window, shoved the bag at me and immediately closed the window. I?m giving 2 stars because my food was decent,but I won?t ever return due to the carelessness of the employees. I don?t understand why people work in customer service whenthey have no desire to make a positive impression or impact on their customers.
My dining experience at d 'Lite was enjoyable. Arriving early on a Saturday evening, we were greeted by friendly staff and had time to peruse the extensive menu. Despite my sister's initial hesitation about the restaurant's emphasis on healthy food, we decided to give it a try. We ordered the Croissant 'Wich and Turkey Avocado Club sandwiches, accompanied by a refreshing detox juice made with pineapple, apple, spinach, and kale. The food was delivered promptly and was delicious. I was pleased to see that d 'Lite prioritizes organic, locally-sourced ingredients and sustainability practices. Although I had a negative experience next door at Frasher 's Smokehouse, d 'Lite redeemed our evening with their quality food and welcoming atmosphere. I look forward to returning in the future.
