Bosa Donuts - Phoenix

This place is excellent, I frequent it often and the lady who runs it is very kind and friendly.

The donuts at this place are pretty good, but there's another spot called Sunrise Next that is cheaper, better, and has attractive Asian sisters working there. ❤️

I always visit this restaurant, but today after work, I encountered a rude lady. I ordered a half dozen donuts, specifying the types twice. She asked if my order was for 8 donuts, to which I explained that I wanted 1 twist glaze, 2 original ring glaze, 1 raspberry filling, 1 apple filling, and 1 chocolate glaze, totaling 6. She suggested removing some, so I confirmed that I wanted 6. In the end, she only gave me 3 donuts. It was frustrating to have to explain myself multiple times to her.

The best breakfast sandwiches and donuts... Can never go wrong here. My go to is a bacon egg n cheese croissant sandwich...also got the best smoothies, honey dew smoothie is the best.

TERRIBLE customer service. Stale croissants. RUDE. And they FAILED the health inspection ROACH!
