New Zem Zem Pizza - Philadelphia

I ordered the wings extra crispy, and I couldn't stop eating them—they were delicious! My ZemZem special didn't have much pepperoni on it, but the rest of the pizza was still quite enjoyable. The delivery was even faster than I expected. I would definitely order from them again!

I ordered the 21 fried shrimp basket with fries, and I was extremely disappointed. The shrimp were not only dry and hard to chew, but they also lacked flavor and were partially unpeeled. The breading was so tough it felt like biting into rock. They seemed old and cold, likely from a failed attempt to microwave them. I couldn't eat them at all. Additionally, the cocktail sauce had spilled inside the takeout box. The fries were soggy and tasteless, and they were placed directly onto the foam container, which caused it to burn through in spots. Overall, the food was terrible, which is surprising because their wings are actually quite good.

I received the wrong order and several items were missing. When I called the store to address the issue, the staff was rude. I do not recommend ordering from here. Instead, I suggest reordering from Apollo’s in Glenside.

The large is a little small but great cheese to sauce ratio. Good pizza

The Buffalo wings were very tender and flavorful. Very enjoyable.
