Mcdonald's - Philadelphia

I try to use additional patience in these times. I ordered a drink that was no longer available. I saw the drink taste. Otherwise I wouldn't have asked. The lady who took the order had something terrible to say about my order. I was patient. I heard they snore about people who ordered drinks that are no longer offered. It makes customers hesitate to return. If it happens again, I'll bring her identity to the administration. Have Tu food and leave .but

Fries were excellently costed just how Pommes should taste big Mac was right and the soda gave me a size small we as what I ordered but food was great! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

Wow this was a new level of bad. Waited for 35 minutes. Got double charged. They apparently gave me the wrong order, and the food they did provide was soggy and stale. That's odd because I ordered via a mobile order, meaning there could not have been a transcription error.. My fault for choosing to go here I suppose. Never again. I've had bad experiences at McDonald's before but this one takes the cake. I paid extra money for them to get an order wrong that they had LITERALLY WRITTEN ON THE SCREEN FOR THEM. ?. Also, ya know, slowest line ever. I agree on them going downhill. They're particularly bad at night though. I have good experiences if I go around lunch. They close randomly at night with no notice. The line snakes around the store and into the street before people realize no one is there. Sometimes, someone IS there but they just aren't at the window! Late night AVOID !!

I didn't go in so I can't say how it was in the inside but as for the drive-thru, they were efficient, fast, and pleasant.

No more breakfast, after 11:00 because of the virus: . This is only depressing. We're just going to Micky D's for her breakfast, coffee tea or a cold drink! I'm back, otherwise your profits will not be respected. We would be okay with simpler coffees and not so many breakfasts. But NO EGG MCMUFFINS??? We need our power food!!! With this small menu you would think the long DRIVR THRU lines would move a little bit? No, slow down. Slow down. Slowest. My depressing order of a water bottle and 10 Chicken McNuggets was sitting in a bag on the window for 8 minutes AFTER I got to the window.
