Good was so good I forgot to take pics before we ate it. Amazing staff. Location in a area I felt very safe as a woman and tourist. Great prices. Amazing location with lots of tvs for Eagles games

I am 81 y.o. and the reason we went to C&P was because my mom and dad met there in 1938. I was born in 1940. I just wanted to see what the place was like where they met. Your place is really nice. It's clean and Shiney for being so old. The waitress was professional and our salads yummy. It's nice that you took over Walt's Cafe back in 1977. I live in NJ and have been to 5 Chickie's and Pete's. My favorite is in S. Philly.

I had the charbroiled oysters and the crab cakes were not good at all the blue cheese burger was delish as well.

Dropped my wife off for a class and had some time to kill. Trying to figure out where to go and found out there was a Chickie's and Pete's near by, so I decided to stop by. Decided to sit at the bar and the staff was friendly and let me know it would take some time but they would take my order. I ordered my drink and had an order of crab fries but also found out about a special they had that was a $5 personal pitcher of domestic beer. This was great because I had two hours to kill. They also had live music with a musician that was playing multiple instruments from sax, clarinet, and guitar to name a few. The drinks and the live music helped for a relaxing time. This location is intimate and not as busy which gives it a vintage and homely atmosphere. I definitely would go back when near by.
