The Human Bean - Pflugerville

Strong coffee. A bit too sweet though. I'll have to order differently next time. Sandwiches were great. Barista was friendly.

My new best coffee place in Pflugerville! Excellent tasting smooth espresso drinks with quite low bitterness. My entire family chooses Human Bean over the other local coffee houses. A tip: you can drive up on either side of the building. If more than 2 cars in line then check the other side.

Came in mind with an iced oat milk latte and they were out of oatmilk, however Luis the barista, was helpful and suggested alte rnatives with a smile and eagerness to make sure I was taken care of. His customer serverice was superb!!! Team leader and manager in the making. He is a natural ???? The owners are lucky to have such an employee!

To make things easier for everyone, I picked out what I wanted from the online menu before ordering. Then when I made my order one of the staff rudely said they didn?t have what I wanted and that it was on the menu. Attitude is everything and theirs was a hostile one. Then when I ordered what I wanted and stated three times that it was a blended drink, I was given an iced drink. The staff working today doesn?t care and it shows. Because the drink didn?t taste terrible, they get two stars.

I came here once, but everything was great and the staff was nice and professional. It's right next to the Pflugerville library, so that's quite convenient and the area is safe and residential. It's a short drive to the HEB too and I recommend coming here!
