Au Quatre - Pézenas

Second visit to 4, enchanted to meet the new boss who was very friendly and passionate about his profession. I have very (too! well dinée, discovered a local beer ambered and savored a burger with a reblochon I rarely tasted it!

Nice setting, hearty and very good dishes. The bosses are pleasant and full of humour. We'll go back there a lot.

To find such an establishment, you must know how to beat the streets. A wine bar, also a restaurant on the thumb in the most beautiful tradition of deep France. Welcome, honesty, bistro atmosphere guaranteed if you like contact. The wine and the meal of oysters with the perfect bath. All for a modest price.
