Simona's Pizzeria - Petersburg

Since 2017 I come here occasionally for lunch. Today the toast was burned on my club sandwich, which was dry, and they forgot my wobble. I'll eat here. the place has a good memory for me.

Check your receipt, The price on the menu and the screen doesn’t match what you get charge! It’s around 3-5 dollars more. The cheesesteak is pretty weak as well not worth the 15 bucks

Staff was rude. Their policy is to basically stay behind the counter and such, which is okay, but when you have an elderly couple who comes up and wants to order you should be more respectful and understanding to their needs. You don't tell them to take a menu have a seat and come back when your ready to order, then page them with a vibrating pager and have them come get heavy trays themselves. Just disrespectful in my opinion

My Italian sub had barely any meat and they put chunked tomatoes that go in a salad instead sliced tomatoes on my sub. My daughters pepperoni pizza had pepperonis slapped on the top of a cheese pizza. The cheese wasn’t even melted. Now I know most restaurants make cheese slices and add topping as the customers order but you should at least put it back in the oven for the cheese to melt. I paid 5.60 for supposedly garlic bread. It was a sub roll doused in butter with no garlic flavor. Lastly the waitress was talking on the restaurant phone the entire time I was there about someone hiding a cell phone. So you may not get through if you want to place an order over the phone.

Ordered a shrimp salad add chicken and wings at 810p only to arrive and they lie to my face and say I didn’t call a order in the guy was very uninterested in even trying to make my food and all this while another employee stands in the background sipping a drink and laughing!!! Never again!!! Check this picture I definitely called a order in
