Dj’s Java Joint - Petersburg

Great food, friendly staff, laid back atmosphere but feels fancy. Had the chicken and sausage gumbo and it was delicious. Friend had a poboy and reported that it was also perfect. Can't wait to bring more people here!

Fluffy cheese crustacean omelet, pet food, a grilled biscuit and beignets. A strong coffee to wash everything. The staff and who I suspect were very eager to please you. I didn't order it, but I saw it being served... Make room for something called confession cake. The portion size is huge, and it is popular...call in front and reserve one for your table or take out.

I loved the experience honestly. Got a seat right next to the music and the food was great! Edit: I forgot to mention I went on the brunch schedule so I don't know about the other menu items but I still recommend.

This place is amazing! If you haven’t been here yet you absolutely need to. Staff are very friendly, food comes fast and most importantly it is DELICIOUS. First night we got chicken and waffles and came back the next day to get the same thing because we couldn’t stop thinking about it. Don’t let downtown Petersburg scare you off, this place is a must visit.

We stopped in on a whim because we were walking the street and noticed two people walk out with amazing looking lattes. Everything we ordered was so good. Fantastic caramel latté! We got food and drinks. We loved it so much we went the next day and dined in. Food and drinks were so very good. The service is also fantastic. Highly recommend stopping in!
