Arby's - Petersburg

Only vehicle I have is a work vehicle and its a 53ft motorcoach. So, I can 't get Arby 's since I cant go through the drive-thru. I asked the lady how can I order if I cant go through there with my bus and she replied you can 't well so much for Arby 's helping the CDL drivers of the world. You know it took a CDL driver to bring you the products you sell. May want to rethink the situation next time one ask to order food.

Me and my Husband decided to come in and grab a bite to eat but our Food was Horrible. I thought by not using drive through would make a difference but it didn’t. Fries were Ice Cold and when we asked for new ones we got them but they mixed them with old Fries. High as the meal is I think it’s very Unexceptable. I thought the chicken sandwiches are supposed to be fresh and my husbands was soft and clearly old. Basically almost 30$ down the Drain….. Arby’s have to do better !

My food was thrown into the bag very sloppily, one item was not closed tightly causing spillage of melted into the bag, the lettuce in my salad was brown. Went back to the drive through and was met with a manager with an attitude. Instead of looking at items she starred me down and disputed that the salsa was brown. After a few minutes she did exchange the salad for a fresh one, but she had no concern for the messy issues that was presented to her. Unsatisfactory customer service from the manager…

Attempted to make a purchase this past Saturday evening at 7:30 pm. Long line at the drive thru as the dining area is consistently closed ‘due to staffing shortage.’ I say we ‘attempted’ to make a drive thru purchase because after an exceedingly long wait, we pulled up to place our order and the pungent smell of weed coming from the back of the restaurant was so overwhelming that my husband and I felt ill. Mind you, this was not coming from the long line of cars ahead of us, nor the SUV with ‘Mom’ stickers all over the back of her vehicle directly in front of us, but rather from the back of the restaurant where two young male employees emerged from either their break or dumping the trash. So evidently Arby’s employees take their smoke breaks to a higher level. We sat at the speaker for what seemed like forever and no one came to the speaker to take our order, so we left, went to the Prince George Arbys and promptly got pot-free service.

Restaurant was very nice. the staff is friendly and the food was good
