When we arrived at the hotel the staff already knew who we were and gave us a warm welcome. Everyone introduced themselves with first names and we were shown around the hotel and rooms. Our rooms were spacious, bright and airy. It was a very warm day and I was certainly glad that the bedrooms were cool and fresh. There lovely views out window over the hills. In our rooms we had a TV, hairdryer, bottle of water, kettle and lots of tea and coffee sachets. The electricity sockets were easy to access. We also had onsuite toilets, one room had a shower and the other a bath shower both of which had good water power and temperature range. I had purchased 2 vouchers for the hotel online through a website called wowcher and it incuded 2 nights stay for two people with breakfast both mornings and dinner and a bottle of wine for one of the nights. I booked it through the hotel by email which was very easy, I just let Suzanne know the dates we wanted and sent the voucher, they had great communication and it was all sorted in a couple of minutes of my first email. Thinking back at the price of this, I think that deal was very good! The bar downstairs had a great range of drinks and the food was excellent, they had an extensive menu for dinner and breakfast (they also do lunch but we did not try it) and there was a sign up letting people who have dietary requirements know to talk to them and I'm sure they would get their chef to make sure they ate something tasty. I might sound like I work for them but I assure you that I don't. It was my birthday weekend and I was seeing my parents for the first time in ages and this hotel certainly made us all feel like royalty. My parents and partner were delighted and I have nothing but praise for the staff! I would certainly love to visit again sometime in the future.
We drove along Moorstrasse, which offered us 15 minutes of breathtaking views of the untouched landscape. The Four Seasons Hotel is perfectly located on the shore of Loch Earn, with magnificent views from both the bar and restaurant. Upon arrival, we were asked to wait in the bar area. Our waitress took our drink order and allowed us to peruse the dining menu while we enjoyed the stunning views of the Loch. Our food was prepared, and we were able to relax and enjoy our drinks until it was ready. We were then escorted to our table once our meal was served. It was a wonderful experience to take our time and enjoy the luxury of such a beautiful location.
Excellent hotel. The room was nice and clean, with a delicious breakfast. The host was friendly and helpful.
We just broke something to eat after a walk through the hole, so I can't say much about everything except the restaurant, but it was very nice. very home and the young American chap who greeted us and served us was very pleasant and has set up our sonic son who tries to run the stairs up and down. everyone was nice and eating was better than I expected to be honest. my 2 years old ate all his dinner, that is nothing short of a little wonder, so well made cook.
