Rocky River Cafe - Perth

My husband I had a lovely lunch at the Rocky River Cafe on the outdoor terrace. Nice water feature and shade in most areas. Very attentive wait staff. The Gluten Free Fish and chips and the Gluten Free spicy chicken tacos (special of the day) were very delicious. Be warned it is a popular place so there can be a line up at regular meal times. We went about 2:00 and still had to wait, but were offered a place to sit and water. Well worth it and will go again to try other items on the menu, most can be made gluten free.

Great location. I am a celiac and had diner at Rocky River cafe twice and had no issue. Gluten free meals as are well identified. The fish tacos and chicken quesadillas were delicious.

Positive experience at the Rocky Cafe. Knowledgeable staff. Ordered mussels and was advised that the Quesadilla was the safest option (I’m celiac and very cautious). Was tasty but portion on the GF quesadilla was considerably smaller than the non GF options which led to some side eyes after seeing everyone else’s food

Great GF Fish and Chips generous portions, delicious, highly recommended. Fish tacos, GF burgers. Several other GF choices listed. Very aware of cross contamination. Super friendly staff.

What a great spot for some tasty gluten free eats! Menu items are marked, staff is knowledgeable about celiac disease and cross contamination, and they have a DEDICATED FRYER! I will definitely return and highly recommend!
