Origami Restaurant - Penticton

Stopped by this hidden gem for a quick lunch. Everything was amazing, lots of options if you're vegetarian (even vegan) and gluten free. You can add as many vegetables as you want for no additional charge and they'll clean the grill and separate the food if you ask. I ordered tofu and my bf ordered chicken, the guy made a point of keeping the proteins separate. Would definitely come back if we're in the area

This is probably the most fresh and real food you can get in the Cherry Mall. The portions are also amazingly big. We loved their super meal and green tea specially.

For quick Japanese cuisine, I found Origami in the Cherry lane mall to be the perfect place to go for a fix. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean and well laid out. They offer 6 choices of protein, over a dozen varieties of fresh veggies on your choice of either rice or noodles cooked right in front of you. Everything is delicious! including the assortment of imported Japanese pop for sale. I can't wait to try it again!

Always enjoy eating from this "Cherry Lane Food Court" provider...Always fresh and fast and always your choice...New owners took over about a year ago and they are great folks...

When I'm out busy shopping and need lunch, I head to the food court. I particularly like Origami because they cook to order and it's fresh and fast. At Cherry Lane Mall in Penticton, you can choose your meal - I picked rice, beef and then had a choice of 5 vegetables to go with it. They keep the grill clean and cook it right in front of you. My utensil of choice for asian food is chopsticks. It is a quick and enjoyable meal and I can continue with my shopping.
