What is the point of a journey? I have worked in almost food, I understand the journey through line timer-ect, but it is a rare thing to pull a car, let alone 5-6 in sequence. eating was made easy and slow.
They are FORCING customers to pull out of the drive-thru line. make them another line at the front door and then supply food. it was said that the bosse call because they are on a timer. I asked for the talk with the boss/mgr, but it was said there wasn't one in the building. 25 minutes to get my food. but I'm sure the timer reads 2min....so dining room was locked. had many customers trying to come while I was waiting. this is about terrible business practices.
It was close to the end, but eating was still hot and fresh. they just didn't let us make 2 separate entries for a vehicle, but as I said it was late
Second time this week I stopped by this restaurant and waited 10 minutes at the register to order and was never waited on so I left. There is a reason that this taco bell has the reputation of being the second worst fast food place in pensacola, beaten out only by burger king on mobile hwy. I doubt any of the higher ups read these reviews however... if they do I figured I would include my business model and hopefully help restore this restaurant to its former glory. If I was the GM I would shut this location down for 1 week. In that week I would: 1. Day one- inform all current employees that their services are no longer needed. 2. Day 1 and 2 would be used for on the spot interviews and they would have to agree to my business plans and execute them as directed otherwise- they would also be let go. The last 3-7 days would be used to train the new staff and make sure they know how customers SHOULD be treated and that if they are not treated in that way the employee turnover rate would be extremely high until I got staff that strives for excellence. By the 3 month mark I would expect the turnover rate to decrease, sales to increase, and reviews to be higher than they have been in years. If that was not the case I would respectfully resign because a real manager leads by example- not just tells other people what to do. Also because I am a woman of my word and if I promise success and eventually fail then I deserve to be replaced also.
Wasn't told cash only until waiting 20 minutes in line. Complete waste of time when you have people cutting in line and waiting on those in front of you to be able to leave. Kind of found it odd that the employee outside was eager to hand out receipts with surveys to everyone waiting encouraging us to complete to get parts of our order free but that didn't happen. Wish they told us Taco Bell was cash-only so I could have left before waiting so long
