Melt Pensacola

This is a really fun airstream “food truck” in the Garden food court on the corner of Palafox and Main Street. The food was made fresh and prepared within a couple of minutes and we were not disappointed. The classic melt w/three cheeses was 6.99 and the loaded Philly fries was 9.99. A good experience for sure! Definitely try it out!

Stopped for a quick bite to eat while we were out downtown. Can't go wrong with a grilled cheese, right? Well, you can when it's sloppily thrown together, had a hair in it, and was burnt... and this was after waiting forever. I guess it took so long to get my food because they decided to cook it twice as long as it should have to get it the bread that charred. Ty I think was his name) did his best to make it right, and I appreciated that... but I won't be back.

Mystic Mafia had the food truck come out and cater our Christmas party this year and it was an enormous hit with everyone! The Philly cheesesteak melt, chicken bacon ranch melt and Philly Mac were my favorites, but everything was so delish!!! They are super great to work with and we will absolutely be using them again in the future!

Pretty good spot! If you like Mac and cheese, you'll like this place for sure. The sandwiches are pretty good, but a bit pricey for sizing. Not that uncommon for a food truck though! All in all, def worth a visit!

It was a hard decision to choose what to get since everything looked so good, but I had the Buffalo Chicken Mac and it was so delicious! Can’t wait to try more! The staff was really awesome and helped me bring everything to my car since I had a large order. Will definitely be coming back!
