Culver's Of Pensacola Florida

I have been to Culver's twice now and both times I did not receive what was advertised. The first time, I ordered a burger that looked like it had been sitting under a warming light for too long - the cheese was overcooked and the lettuce wilted. The second time, I ordered a 4-pack of custard but received the wrong flavor. I had ordered Toffee Pecan but got Cookies and Cream instead. The pictures clearly show the error.

I ordered the Culver's bacon deluxe with cheese curds instead of fries. Cheese curbs were hot, fresh, and good. Burger was good also so now complaints there. Food came in a quick and timely manner. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly

Our first and only visit... My husband and I both got the bacon burger baskets. I got onion rings he got cheesecurds. Our son got a kids meal with fries. The burgers were pressed so flat it was like eating crunchy meat. Nothing like the images you see on TV or even Google images. I like my meat done! But I don't like it burnt!

It is not the easiest place to get in and out, but the food is so delicious, it is worth it! It's also a quiet neighborhood. The service is great, the building is such a beautiful facility. There are seats inside and outside.

I threw it in here because the kids were eating. I had to try the cheese curds and I thought while I was there, I'll get my last meal in Pensacola before I left home. Ends up getting the pub burger with onions, and a shaker of any kind... Actually, I can't remember what I got. But! They were delicious! Customer service was on the spot, and the burger was perfectly grilled. For fast food, not bad!
