Chili's - Pensacola

Father's day lunch gone wrong. Horrible service. We should have left after waiting 10 minutes for a waitress. She gave us the wrong food but we were in a hurry and didn't have time to wait for them to cook another meal. She even argued with us, but after she looked at what we ordered, she realized it was wrong. No apology or discount on gross burnt chicken fingers.

My experiences from ordering to food presentation and deliciousness are all exceptional! The salmon, rice and veggies were amazing! Plus, the Mexican Street Corn (Elote) was so good! The customer care was totally professional!!

Had not been to Chili's in a really long time. They had GREAT lunch specials for $10.99 and up. I got the burger which was really good and bigger than I expected for the lunch menu price. Our server was really good, she brought everything as we ordered it and we all had drink refills without having to ask. Will definitely be going back.

Food was amazing. My burger was slightly overcooked. I ordered medium to medium well and there was no pink. It did affect the taste though. Still very very good

Food seemed premade because it came out so fast (within 10 min of ordering). Not a complaint but I more so wish the food was a bit hotter when it came. Barbara was our very kind, patient, and helpful waitress considering we were a big party and I know that can be overwhelming for some.
