Buffalo Wild Wings - Pensacola

I would give this place zero stars if I could. We went there for Valentine's dinner and anticipated it would be busy, so we didn't mind waiting a bit for the wings. However, don’t count on anything else.

We were a bit hesitant about coming here because of the reviews, but I'm so glad we decided to! I just wish I could remember the names of our servers; there were two blonde ladies who took care of us.

The wings were a good size and nicely crispy, but the fries could use some improvement—I think I'll choose a different side next time. I want to thank Mercedes for the excellent service. During my recent visit, I tried the Blazin Carolina Reaper sauce, and if you enjoy spicy food, you definitely need to give it a try!

We had a large group, but it took over an hour for our food to start coming out. I have to say, my hamburger was delicious, and so were my margaritas. My grandson's wife also really enjoyed the legendary alcoholic drink they had. The wings were good, as were the chicken burger tacos that the other grandkids ordered.

Our waitress Elektra provided excellent service. However, the food was less impressive. The wings were lukewarm and appeared to have been cooked earlier and just reheated.
