On Sunday, June 18, we went shopping in the morning and encountered a very rude staff member at the food counter. We ordered seven sandwiches, clearly labeled as number 7, but he only began to prepare one of them. When we reminded him that we had ordered six more, he completely ignored us. Later, when it was time to pay, we reiterated that we were expecting seven sandwiches, and he became visibly upset, responding with a lot of rude remarks. It would be wise for management to evaluate their employees; if someone doesn’t want to work, it’s better they stay home. We do not expect to be treated poorly when we are paying for a service.
