Neptune Grand - Penguin

The staff was very friendly and attentive. that was so reduced and not worth the money. we had scallops in speck and chickenpesto. many cheap veggies carrots and borons, but the huh was dry and was not a good servier. the scallops were boiled.

Great eating as always, excellent service and a view of bass routes, what more could they ask?

We enjoy dining at Neptune when we’re in Penguin. The kids’ meals were great, as was the chicken schnitzel w/mushroom sauce. The ribs were very disappointing. Although they were supposedly marinated in Guinness, they had no flavour, and were not the sticky falling-off-the-bone ribs we’d anticipated. Such a shame

Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming despite the busy night they were having. Meals were a generous size and a fair price. One small complaint is that there was not enough balsamic glaze on my lamb blackstrap and I would have liked to order a second drink but was not approached by any wait staff as they were too busy running food to tables who hadn’t eaten yet. 8/10

Always a great place for a good meal . Great local place ,staff extremely friendly and helpful. Pretty much guaranteed a good night whenever we go .
